Can a leaking metal roof be coated instead of replaced?
Often, yes, if the sheets are still sound. We inspect the roof first and will tell you honestly if replacement is the better option.
What is cut-edge corrosion?
It is rust that starts along the cut edges and overlaps of metal roof sheets. If left untreated it spreads and causes leaks, so treating it early is one of the most cost-effective repairs.
Do we need to close the building?
No. Roof coating is carried out from outside, so your building can stay in use while we work.
How do you work safely on the roof?

Is coating cheaper than replacing the roof?
