Office & Showroom Cladding Respray in the South of England
Fixidea Coatings Ltd resprayed the faded metal cladding of a two-storey office and showroom building in new company colours as part of a rebrand – on site, in around two weeks, without disrupting the business’s opening hours.
Rebranding a commercial building with an on-site cladding respray
The building’s metal cladding had faded and turned chalky, and the business was rebranding to new company colours. Instead of replacing the cladding, Fixidea Coatings Ltd cleaned, prepared and resprayed it on site in the new colours – in around two weeks, while the office and showroom stayed open as normal.
Scope
- Cleaning and preparation of faded, chalky metal cladding
- Masking and sheeting of windows, frames, the shopfront and brickwork
- On-site spraying of the cladding in the new company colours
- High-level access from boom MEWPs and a scaffold tower
How it was delivered
The work was planned around the business’s opening hours, so customers and staff could use the office and showroom throughout. Windows, the shopfront and surrounding brickwork were fully masked and sheeted, and the cladding was sprayed from boom MEWPs and a scaffold tower.
The challenge
Faded, chalky cladding made the building look tired, and a rebrand meant it needed to carry new company colours. Replacing the cladding would have meant high cost, waste and weeks of disruption to a working business.
The result
The building now carries its new company colours on fresh, even cladding – completed in around two weeks, at a fraction of the cost of replacement, and without disrupting the business’s opening hours.

Cladding colour change – FAQs
Can you change the colour of existing cladding?
Yes. Faded plastisol, PVF2 and other factory-coated metal cladding can be resprayed on site in any RAL or BS colour, or a custom colour matched to your brand – ideal for a rebrand or a new tenant.
Can the business stay open during a cladding respray?
Yes. We plan the work around your opening hours and mask and protect entrances, windows and shopfronts, so customers and staff can use the building throughout.
How long does a cladding respray take?
It depends on the size of the building, access and the condition of the panels. This two-storey office and showroom took around two weeks. See our cladding respray service for prices and more detail.
